Student Education Programmes

Tertiary Education

The SACU offers volunteer internship opportunities for college and university students who are looking to gain real-world experience in the motorcycle sport industry. We currently have an established partnership with the MSc Sports Management programme at the University of Stirling, where students work alongside SACU staff and volunteers on bespoke placement programmes.

Each internship is tailor-made to reflect the student’s individual interests and career goals, giving them the opportunity to explore specific areas of the sport or industry. We actively encourage students to take ownership of their experience, shaping a placement that is both meaningful and relevant.

If your college or university is interested in getting involved, please contact coo@sacu.co.uk for more information.

School Work Experience

We also offer high school work experience placements for S4 pupils through our partnership with West Lothian Council and Gateway Shared Services. These placements are designed to give young people meaningful insight into the world of work, with opportunities tailored to their individual interests—whether that’s events, finance, communications, or other areas within the sport. Just like our university internships, we work closely with each pupil to shape a personalised experience that helps build confidence, skills, and real-world understanding.

If your school is interested in getting involved, please contact coo@sacu.co.uk for more information.
