The SACU has 4 discipline committees covering the main sporting areas of Trials, Motocross, Road Racing and Enduro.
Committee post holders are nominated by our clubs. Following the Annual General Meeting each year, the discipline committees elect a chairperson to lead the committee and represent them at management level. The chairperson of each committee attends the meetings of the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis to represent their discipline.
Current committee chairs are as follows.
- Road Race Committee - Jimmy Shanks
- Trials Committee - Martin Pennycook (Interim)
- Enduro Committee - Jim Mair
- Motocross Committee - Derek Faulds
